Union générale des israélites de France registration records

Contains Folder 22.3 from YIVO Record Group 210. File of about 35,000 Union Générale des Israélites de France (UGIF) membership index cards for the occupied zone. The cards served to register and control the payments to the UGIF. Each card contains the following information: family last name; first name; date and place of birth; sex; citizenship; occupation; address; identification number; date of issuance and by whom issued; and place of registration in accordance with the ordinance of October 18, 1940, or the Law of June 2, 1941.
